2. Intellectual Property Rights Over Processed Audio

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all audio files and compositions processed using Studio LOOS tools. Studio LOOS claims no ownership, license, or rights of any kind over sound recordings, trimmed audio, isolated stems, or synthesized sound clips created through our client-side software.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

All audio tools, DSP processors, and engineering calculators are provided "as is" and "as available" for educational, artistic, and professional acoustic assistance. While our mathematical formulas adhere to established acoustic standards, Studio LOOS is not liable for data loss or hardware hearing damage resulting from excessive volume monitoring. Always monitor at safe listening levels (under 85 dB SPL).
